FAQ

Q1  Unlimited dive coupon has any expiry?

Yes, it's valid till 31 December 2022.

Q2  Can i share or sell the coupon to other divers?

Yes, it is shareable with any divers. We do accept QuinReward and allow to save up to up 50% by SP. 

Q3  Can i choose to 2 dives a day, instead of 3 dives?

Yes, you may go for 2 dives a dives. Just let's Like Scuba Center's management know what is your decision in advance.

Q4  What is the benefit if purchase 20 dives coupon?

Your group of diver are entitled for 5% discount on any purchase dive equipment or sign up any dive course.

Q5  Any extra charges on weekend or public holiday?

No extra charges.

Q6  Can i rent a mask degree?

Yes, we had it for you. It's just only Myr30.00 for rental per day. Just inform to us while confirm the booking so our dive crew able to pre-ready to you. 

Q7  Is dive computer useful when fun dives?

Yes, it is important to any certified diver because to show you about depth and time information and applies it to a decompression model to track the dissolved nitrogen in your body during the dive, also give you alert for the ascent rate. Dive computer rental fee is Myr50.00 each.

Q8  Accept Quinreward payment?

Yes, we are the official Quinreward merchant where allow you save up to 50% SP discount.

Q9  Is Sepanggar Island far from Kota Kinabalu?

It's takes 20 minutes by speed boat from Shangri La Tanjung Aru Resort's jetty.

Q10  Is it possible to make it 3 dives a day?

Yes, we can make it 3 dives a day if the weather condition is allowed. 

Q11  What is the price for mask & fins rental per day?

Mask is Rm10 each, Fins is Rm10 per pair.
