About Sabah Freediving Center
Freediving means diving with only your full breath without an external breathing device. There are many type of free dive event and specialty such as pool freediving, basic freediver, freediver, advanced freediver, freedive photo & video, mermaid, free immersion, training techniques.
Like Scuba Center is located at Kota Kinabalu. We run apnea / freediving courses in our comfortable classrooms. Our stretching and relaxation training is done at Sutera Harbour Marina & Country club (Swimming Pool). Our boat can reach freediving dive sites in 15 minutes and bring back students straight to the island.
All depth training is available from 1.5m to 30m, best friendly environment, we don't have crazy current dive sites. It's suitable for freediving fun dives to freedive reefs, we serve fresh lunch in Sepanggar Island or well arrange to one of the Sabah Park island, known as Tunku Abdul Rahman Park.
The freediving equipment is included in all our training, you can rent Freediving gear in our shop for fun dives.
Kota Kinabalu is located at West coast of Sabah, it's fit travellers who wants to try new sports, food, beach activities during the daytime and enjoy more entertainment.
Sabah Freediving Courses
We are offering Freediving (Apnea) courses from Beginner to Professional Instructor level. We also offer freediving coaching to maximize yours personal best and also for one-on-one private teaching.
Like Scuba Center is also the spot in Asia to go professional with SSI Freediving. All courses from Try Freediving to SSI Freediving Instructor are available as well as specialty courses such as training techniques specialties are taught at here.
